Support workers for basic and support in all aspects

As a Support Worker you will be working in an outstanding Supported Living Settings around Feltham-Hounslow.

You will be working with Service users with disabilities and challenging behaviours.

You will be supporting them with personal and daily activities, preparing meals and monitoring them for their safety.

You must have at least work experience in Care and support worker or Healthcare to similar role. However, training is available to help those with less experience.

The hours are flexible up to 20-30h per week. Free parking is available.

About- Locations Getting to work:

Our London projects and contracts are all within an easy walk of excellent transport links.

All our facilities are accessible via frequent buses, trains, Uber/Tax and trams.

Our staff are based in different brought across London as well as outskirts of London.

All staff are excellent in using Maps in finding locations easier and to plan their journey a head/ in advance.

About our- Training and progression:

Addilyn Management Team ensures that all staff have the most up-to-date knowledge and skills.

We therefore continually invest in our staff training and development.

All our employees are offered the chance to complete both free and funded courses.

We offer them time to complete their qualifications to advance their career alongside our house training and mentoring.

We also encourage our Staff to access additional opportunities offered by our clients for promotion and advancement.
