๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ 5pm (40 mins)
๐Ÿ’ฐ ยฃ30 for all 6 classes (saving ยฃ6)

I have 4 SPACES left at the moment so if you would like to take up this 6 week challenge then book it ๐Ÿ”œ

Each week we work on something different:
Resistance bands, Kettlebells, Pilates, Dumbbells, Balls, Power Yoga and all of these are combined with power bursts of low impact cardio on the step.

Drop me a message with any questions or help to book the block. Payment is made in full on or before your first class to get that saving.

๐Ÿ‚ Happy Monday! I'm looking forward to a full week of classes after a fabby break - so just a reminder that Mon evening (Dalbeattie) & Tues morning (CD) return!

I am thinking 'Slowvember' for this month - coorie-ing in for some deliciousness with slow flows, lots of stretch, even for Monday ๐Ÿ˜‰, now we are in the darker, colder time. Who's with me on that?
