β’ Achilles tear - regular massage can reduce the chance of tears, with regular treatments the calfs can be less tense so you can feel better
β’ Achilles tendonitis - similar with regular massage, it would be recommend to check your gait analysis incase of foot imbalance which could result in pain over prolonged time
β’ Lateral ankle sprain - strength work could benefit you here, to help stabilise and strengthen the joint
β’ Nosebleeds - rugby is a contact sport so bound to happen, but the fitter you are will reduce poor tackling form to reduce injury risk
β’ Pinched Nerve
β’ Tight trapezius - from scrums, rucks, collisions, and work can bring this on, regular massage can help loosen up the traps to ease for the player
