5 top tips for running season πββοΈ
1 - get a running coach, personally Iβve used the app & who are both fantastic πͺ
2 - the right nutrition, making sure you get the right amount of proteins, carbohydrates, & fats π₯ππ―
3 - strength training, making sure you get yourself into a programme to follow so you to hit the ground running will benefit you massively come race day ποΈββοΈ
4 - recovery, either through foam rolling, having a rest day, or getting a sports massage which will help alleviate the muscular tightnessπββοΈ
5 - getting the right shoes, you can get tested at who will test you for different brands, supports and get you the best shoes to avoid injuries π
