I love my work and I run a very busy clinic as a Massage Therapist. I have developed my knowledge of the body, and how stress and other factors can damage the body, and how massage can aid health and recovery

Many factors decide how we recover and then maintain our health and one must be very clear that you are safe to have massage treatment. It’s very important if you have any medical issues or

concerns that you speak with your GP beforehand. Massage is NOT a substitute for medical treatment and guidance so we must be safe as practitioner and client equally. Your current health and past history are very important but I view every client I see with a blank canvas so to speak and try my best to advise and improve things for them going forward . I work from my home address in my purpose built cabin which I'm sure you will find as relaxing and special as I do. To get to my clinic travel up Main Street and take the third left followed by first left and I am third last house on the left. Parking is on the street but you may park across my driveway on the street when you arrive

If anyone has any new or nearly new items they wish to donate to the Dog Rescue Centre at Glencaple I am happy to take them for you. I will update things if and when needed but things like toys, bedding, harnesses, leads, food, shampoo etc would all be great. If you have any items and feel you would like to donate them, please message me and I can arrange a time with you where you can drop items off to me before a Wednesday 🐾
