Gemma from Basking Babies Burnham, Hatfield Peverel & Maldon shares her honest journey: from pregnancy worries and NICU nights, to managing blood sugars in the middle of feeds, school runs, and everyday life.

Her advice for other mums living with diabetes is simple but powerful: perfection isn’t the goal, survival, honesty, and self-compassion are. 💪

Bounty baby yoga taster session for your diary ✨

We've partnered with Bounty Club as their baby massage and baby yoga experts to offer subscribers monthly Basking Babies sessions.

Next Thursday, we will be sharing a wonderful, fun introduction to baby yoga.

Baby yoga is beneficial for all babies aged 3m+ and you don’t need to practice yoga or even know anything about yoga to get started with your little one.
