Hi, I’m Caroline,
I started practicing Dru Yoga because I was searching for something to help me relax as a stressed out Secondary Teacher and help with my own back issues.
Dru is a gentle, flowing style of yoga that helps you feel calmer, clearer and more connected. It focuses on the health of the spine.
My classes are:
