Innerdance is a transformative and powerful process developed by Pi Villaraza in the Philippines and is now spreading across the world.

Using sound, music and intuitive healing touch to help you remove energy blocks and become the person you are meant to be.

In a session you will listen to a skilfully curated soundscape, sometimes supplemented by other instruments.

The music will move you through a journey of brainwave states - the experience is often likened to lucid dreaming.

You may see visions, experience intense emotions and feel electrical impulses in the body.

Many people feel a strong urge to move and should allow the body to move in the way that feels right at that time - others will sink deep into trance states and lie still for the whole session.

Every session is different and the experience varies with the individual.

After a session you may experience vivid dreams, a new sense of purpose or find that decisions are made easily.

You will only ever go as deep as you are ready for and there's plenty of time after the session to integrate, ground, grab a tea and connect with yourself and others.

This is a space of non-judgement, where you can feel free to express yourself in any way you need. You're encouraged to close your eyes throughout to help you go into a deeper state of being (blindfolds are available if needed).

The sessions involve energy work and non-s*xual physical touch, as well as intuitive prompts for the group and individuals.

This event is open to all genders.

Bring your own mat, pillow and blanket and anything else for your comfort.

Happy 2️⃣2️⃣2️⃣ day!

22nd Feb invites us to create balance ⚖️

As a Libra this SHOULD be what I'm good at...

I guess 2 weekends out dancing in a row + 2 new blisters on my feet + 2am bedtime is what I have to work with today...

So a 2 hour drive home + bubble bath with 2 bathbombs + 2 films while slobbing on the sofa is a good medicine right now.

REST IS PRODUCTIVE TOO! 😴

Join Ian, Gill and me for an evening of Reiki healing!!

This event is open to anyone who has received a Level one Usui Reiki attunement and above.

Whether you are new to your reiki journey and wanting to practice and receive healing or you're a master who would like to practice doing attunements, you are welcome!

We'll start with a guided meditation to connect to the energy followed by the opportunity to give and receive healing and an option to be reattuned if you would like to do so, finishing with sending healing out into the world to where it is needed the most.

Connection with like-minded people accompanied with tea and biscuits - what better way to spend a Sunday evening?!

All fur coat and no... snickers!

All yesterday was PURE JOY for the whole day and last night I got taken out dancing 😍💃🏼🕺🏼

Dance, in many forms, has played a HUGE part in my healing journey, whether that's been in a field under the glowing moon to the beat of a drum in a circle full of wild women...

to writhing around and stomping my feet during Innerdance...

to learning salsa with friends...

or just a night out learning some new bachata moves with my husband ❤️

Movement is medicine
Connection is medicine
JOY is medicine

So waking up with achy feet and a hungry belly I think it's time to refuel... And snickers is a healthy breakfast, right?!

If anyone is making you feel "less than" for jumping on the commercialist bandwagon that is valentine's day, tell them to get in the bin 👍🏼

Not that there should ever be an excuse to show love, but the world needs it now more than ever.

So embrace the day I say ❤️🌹

Just bloody enjoy the overpriced flowers and chocolates, whether it's with someone or just for a bit of self love.
