💙 Want to learn how to make long-lasting changes to your eating habits and enjoy some gentle, important exercises? Join 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 for Eatwise and Exercise, an extension of Eatwise with one hour of healthy eating education followed by 30 minutes of chair-based exercises.

New groups starting soon:

- Teesdale Leisure Centre, Barnard Castle – starting Monday 27 April, 1pm to 2:30pm
- The Monteith, West Auckland – starting Friday 22 May, 10am to 11:30am

The meningitis outbreak in Kent is a very local outbreak and there is no evidence that this outbreak has spread further in the UK.

Symptoms of meningitis and sepsis can appear very suddenly and be easily mistaken for flu, a heavy cold or even a hangover, so it is vital that anyone who is concerned seeks urgent medical help immediately.
