I am a qualified therapist, specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

Since qualifying, I have continued to progress my training in relevant areas to keep me up to date, fresh and relevant. You can see a more detailed list of my qualifications listed below. I also hold full insurance for my practice and I am DBS checked to enhanced level.

My main areas that I work with are LGBT+ Issues; Anxiety, Depression, Self Harm, Suicidal Behaviour however Cognitive Behaviour Therapy can be used for a wide range of problems, if you are not sure, contact me and we can discuss this.

I like to keep therapy informal so offer sessions that are scheduled around you; and at a cost that is affordable.
