We are absolutely buzzing to announce that we’ve once more been named UK Fire and Rescue Service of the Year at the iESE Public Sector Transformation Awards! 🚒✨

This trophy isn't just for the cabinet - it’s for every single person on our team who puts in the hard graft and for the communities who support us every step of the way.

The judges loved what we’re doing, from our 'Outstanding' inspection results and our game-changing productivity app to our award-winning apprentices and everything we do in our communities.

To make yesterday evening extra special, we were also presented with the iESE Hall of Fame Award, which is bestowed upon exceptional organisations that have demonstrated sustained excellence in transforming public services.

While we’re over the moon with this news, we’re always striving to make our Service better.

And we need your views on a new four-year plan to keep our communities safe.

The Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP) covers everything from how we prevent fires to how we respond to emergencies.

OUR CHRISTMAS TOY RUN IN AID OF SALVATION ARMY TAKES TO THE ROADS OF STOCKTON THIS SUNDAY 7th December 2025!

The date is set, the times are confirmed. The customers and staff of pubs and other venues have pushed the boat out to make sure that children in our community wake up with toys on Christmas!

Today, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of those who gave so much for our freedom.

At MediNorth, our team is proud to stand alongside communities across the region—providing event medical cover so that commemorations can take place safely and smoothly. While our clinicians remain focused on supporting public health and wellbeing, we also join in reflection and gratitude for the generations who served before us.

Remembrance Sunday is not only a time to look back, but also to reaffirm our commitment to care, compassion, and service in the present.
