We aim to provide "CHOICE" - Complete, Holistic Palliative Care, Offered free of charge, In the patient's, Chosen, Environment. The focus of our work is entirely on enhancing the quality of life and helping people to live with their illness, as comfortably as possible. Our highly skilled palliative care team, including our Consultant in Palliative Medicine and Specialist Nurses, enables us to provide a rapid response, round-the-clock service. For patient referrals, please call the main Hospice Reception on 01325 254 321 or email enquiries@darlingtonhospice.org.uk. For any events information, either message us, or email events@darlingtonhospice.org.uk

Join the team at St Teresa’s Hospice and be part of something that makes a real difference every day. 💚

We’re currently looking for a Floating Shop Manager to join our Retail Team and provide cover in the absence of a Shop Manager.

🌟Covers various shop locations around Darlington, Thirsk and occasionally Leyburn.
🌟Usual working pattern of 22 hours per week, worked over 4-5 days out of Monday to Sunday, between usual shop opening hours of 10am to 4pm. Must be able to work Saturdays and occasional Sundays.

Every Christmas we take a moment together to remember our loved ones who will never be forgotten. We celebrate those people who remain special to us through our Light Up A Life appeal.

This year Yvonne is remembering her mother-in-law, Violet. Yvonne has shared her precious memories with us and the difference that hospice care made to their family.

Last year, the hospice cared for over 1,200 people. By making a Light Up A Life donation in memory of a loved one, you are supporting our work and celebrating the life they lived.

Our House Clearance Service can offer a comprehensive full or partial clearance service for a fair and competitive charge, and all proceeds go directly to the hospice.

As part of our wider services, our Retail Team can offer a professional full or partial house clearance service to anyone who needs it. You don’t need to have a connection to St Teresa’s Hospice to use this service.
