I am currently in the process of updating this Reiki Ken page. I started the update on 22 October 2022, and will continue with the process, bit by bit, until it's complete (which I hope will be some time in the next month or so - life is rather busy around here!)

So, for now, please note that I offer distant Reiki sessions only (I haven't done contact Reiki regularly since the pandemic started in 2022). In her books on Reiki, the well-known Reiki author and world-renowned authority on the subject of Reiki, Penelope Quest, she tells us that distant Reiki is at least as powerful as contact Reiki. And it is, believe me! My years of experience of doing - and teaching - distant Reiki tells me, and my clients, just that.

Meeting Between Bread. Most of you should know me pretty well. I no longer accept very many friends because I feel it’s not for me. Almost every FB friend I have known on some level, you are not just a number. But if you are still on my FB, it’s because we have some connection. I would love to see if we can still chat more than just likes... I decided to participate in an experience called “Meeting between Bread”. The idea is to see who reads a post without a photo. We are so consumed with technology that we forget the most important thing: good friendship. If no one is reading this message, it will be a short social experiment. But if you finish this till the end, I would love you to comment in ONE WORD about us. For example, a place, an object, a person, a moment in which you remember us. The coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic is creating stress in the lives of just about every person in the world. To me (and to many other people), the perfect antidote to stress is - Reiki!

Do you want to learn Reiki from me? I am running another Level 1 course at the end of this month; two places are filled, and two are still available.

When I ran my previous Level 1 course, it was a real success! The students who completed it then went on to do their Level 2 with me earlier this year, and want to do their Level 3 in January next year.

Claire, one of the students on that previous Level 1 course had this to say –
