Join us for a beautiful opportunity to connect beyond borders in a shared field of peace, unity, and healing.

This month’s European Reiki Medi-Circle is something special. Hosted by the UK Reiki Federation and guided by Jo Fellows, this virtual gathering brings together practitioners from across Europe to share energy, meditation, and connection in real time.

Every month, a different country takes the lead. This time, it’s the UK’s turn - and we’d love you to be part of it. Together, we’ll form one circle that spans borders, languages, and time zones, uniting in a shared moment of stillness and collective Reiki energy.

Jo Fellows, the UK Reiki Federation’s Distance Healing Coordinator, will guide this session. Her calm and experienced approach helps even first-time participants feel grounded, supported, and connected to something larger than themselves.

Expect a gentle opening meditation, shared distance Reiki, and quiet reflection to close - simple, powerful, and deeply restorative. Let’s gather in stillness and strength to remember what connects us all: Reiki, love, and peace. 💫

The past few weeks have been something of a challenge health wise for my family and myself. I won’t go into detail as it’s not how I do stuff.

However I will say that the last two weeks I have had an absolutely hideous virus that completely wiped me out. Today is day 16 yep I’ve been counting and it’s the first day out of bed and hopefully getting out of the house.

My point? Take care of your health. Treasure your loved ones. Do the things you want to do while you still can.
✨ Treasure your life by being present in it. Notice the beauty hiding in routine, the strength in your struggles, and the love woven through your days. When you pause long enough to feel it, you realise that you’re surrounded by gifts you didn’t know you had. 💫

Connecting with the Archangels.
Once again sharing our tips in how we work with these divine angels. This is not to say that ours is the only way but just a suggestion for you to explore and find what works for you.

Before we begin with how to connect with an individual Archangel we feel it is important to give you some general guidelines. Create a sacred space. We always prepare by lighting a candle, as this symbolises the light within and angels are attracted to the light. Then a meditation to still the mind and hold space.
Invite the angels to connect with you. We all have free will, the angels cannot interfere with this, they can only assist when you ask for help and when your intent is pure and positive. They will not assist with anything of a negative nature.

They hear you in many ways whether you call out for them or reach out to them with your thoughts and feelings.
When asking them to connect have loving thoughts and loving intent and this will attract the angels to you and they will assist you in raising your own vibrational rate. Sit, wait, trust, follow your intuition. Be alert for signs, often we miss them as they can be very subtle. These little signs are their way of telling you that they are there and that they can hear you. Finally be open, have a positive attitude and show gratitude. 🙏

Recently I booked onto an Angelic Reiki training course but at the last minute it was cancelled. Initially I was very disappointed but then it got me thinking. Was this a sign? Do I really need to take this training? So I explored further. As many of you are aware we have intuitively worked with Angels and Archangels for many years and often call them in when we are doing energy work. I remembered that back in November 2014 I shared our tips on how we work with the Archangels in a series of posts. I have since revisited those posts and decided to share them again, the first will be coming up tomorrow. A timely reminder that we often have all we need within us, if we only trust in ourselves. 😊

A Beautiful Evening of Healing: hosted by 🙏Our combined Reiki share was a truly heartwarming and energizing experience. The atmosphere was filled with peace, light, and a sense of deep connection from the moment everyone arrived.

As the evening unfolded, each participant had the opportunity to both give and receive Reiki.

The evening reminded us that Reiki is not just a healing technique but a shared journey of love, compassion and connection.
