Join us on Tuesday 12th May 11am-1pm here at Darlington Connect for our Mental Health & Wellbeing Event.
There will be a range of organisations here for you to chat to whilst you enjoy some light refreshments. You will also be able to get creative with some Arts & Crafts.
This event is completley FREE and there is no booking needed.

Every Wednesday Primary Healthcare Darlington run a Women's Health & Wellbeing Walk which you can attend on a drop-in basis - no need to book.
They are extending this to include an hours wellbeing talk after the walk, to access these talks, please contact your GP
