Darlington Connect Darlington Connect is a Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub. It is a partnership of organisation's who have come together to help the people of Darlington.

We provide help such as:
Access into health and wellbeing services
Referrals into a range of specialist support agencies
Cost of living advice
Community engagement
Many people are unaware of all the support available to them. Darlington Connect is there to help people to connect with organisations who support with issues such as: mental health, health and wellbeing, finance, accessibility, recreation, poverty, food/clothing etc. It is a single point of contact for people to access the help they require. Darlington Connect is a warm and welcoming space. Information, advice and guidance can be given on a drop-in basis or via a 1-1 appointment.

Sisters Of Support is opening a new group here at Darlington Connect on Thursday 26th March 7pm-9pm!
Sisters of Support is a peer-led women’s mental health community. They create safe, confidential spaces where women can come exactly as they are — no judgement, no fixing, no pressure. Just real conversation, real understanding, and real connection. They know how powerful it is to sit in a room and realise… you’re not alone.
This is a women only 18+ safe space to share whatever is on your heart. Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, anxiety, overwhelm, or you just need connection.
