Ciao beautiful people,

I am glad and overwhelmed with all the working requests and working commitments that I have.

For this reason I am unable to organise new classes for the forseable.

For all the vouchers that have been purchased and are currently out there they can be used to buy classes via The Happy Place Next Door or food at The Pasta Shop Darlington , or if not in the position to attend any classes I'll be happy to refund them.

Please get in touch, and hopefully I'll be able to resume the classes in the future.

Had a fantastic time during last ravioli class at The Happy Place Next Door .
Victoria, Kathryn, James, Megan, Abbie and Lynne, mastered the pasta machines in no time 😊

Got in stuck with my family in Monte Lussari, Tarvisio, Italy , not sure when we'll be able to come back 😁

Meet my resolution for 2022, more pasta for everyone

Last weekend ravioli class with Paul, Lyubo, Thanda and Gary, ravioli with beetroot and squid ink, filled with butternut squash and mango chutney for a flavourful autumn dish. ❤️

We had the honour to run this class at The happy place next door, just behind The Pasta Shop Darlington in Maude Street.

Had some great time at Trevor's, teaching how to ravioli!
This week unfortunately I had to cancel some classes, due temporary closure of the The Pasta Shop Darlington.
But I can still join you at your place, don't hesitate to contact me for private cooking classes, I can come at your place and make ravioli together you only need a suitable working area or I can provide tables.
