Hi everyone.👋
I want to talk about emotional neglect .🖤
As children in some environments we are taught that emotional expression was unacceptable and we learn to have weak or not boundaries with others .😶
We feel we don't have a voice 😶 🗣️and become people pleasing. 😇However this can affect our mental and emotional well- being feeling unheard a Unvaledated. 😔
However when we allow ourselves to acknowledge this and look with at where am I not hearing myself it's sturs something inside like the need to say no. 🖕
And yes you will shock people and the won't like it .😲
But that not our responsibility our responsibility it to be there for ourselves and when we do that we can be there for others 🤗😇from a stronger place of self love and acceptance.
Be there ourselves is equally important as being there for others yes you will lose people because they're not meant to go with you and you have to make tough choices but it's all worth it .
