The initial treatment lasts for about 1 hour. During that time a full diagnostic is carried out followed by a lymphatic massage and a soothing foot massage. We loved having Thomas in clinic again this weekend. Thomas plays rugby for Darlington U16's and Newcastle Red Bull U16’s, and he has been selected to play for the Newcastle RedBulls U16's squad against the u16's Raptors, a touring Australian side at Kingston Park.

Thomas came in to clinic for some laser work and taping prior to his game for Darlington U16’s. Here at Soul2heal we take great pride in how we can support young people through their sporting journey.

Our Story

Reflexology is a treatment which activates the healing powers of the body by working on the feet and hands. It is both an old and new treatment and goes back to the ancient Chinese, Japanese and Egyptians. By working on the feet applying alternating pressure on various points this can have a therapeutic effect on the body assisting with reduction of pain, stress and a number of common conditions including asthma, allergies and digestive complaints. Reflexology can cleanse the body of toxins and impurities, improve circulation and balance the whole system.  The initial treatment lasts for about 1 hour. During that time a full diagnostic is carried out followed by a lymphatic massage and a soothing foot massage.

Our other services include aromatherapy, our hand mixed essential oils are made from the finest ingredients, custom made to suit individual requirements. Aromatherapy massage can help with many ailments and conditions, it works through the tiny aroma molecules, which are taken in through the nose or skin and stimulate the part of the brain which is connected to memory and mood. We offer a selection of hand made aromatherapy candles, wax melts, creams, bath oils and lotions so that you can enjoy the experience in the comfort of your own home. Our Swedish Massage techniques are designed to improve circulation, soothe muscles and make you feel more relaxed. Swedish massage uses softer strokes on the more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes on thick muscle. As well as Swedish massage, we also offer Sports Massage, and we have worked with GB athletes in preparation for competing, as well as sports people of all levels.

Tim is also qualified in Pregnancy Massage, which is a special form of massage therapy designed to address massage needs during pregnancy. Massage techniques used in pregnancy are adapted to maintain the wellbeing of mother and child. Techniques vary from firmer massages to relieve discomfort, or softer massages to help relax the expectant mother.
