Join us Thursday evenings 6:35pm to 7:20pm at the Royal British Legion Hall on Devon Road for a friendly mixed ability Pilates class.

What a fantastic Saturday with you all🙌

We kicked off the morning at 7.45 with our Power Pilates workout and everyone absolutely smashed the strength training. Pilates based strength work done properly, with control and focus. So proud of the effort in that room.

Then straight into our mixed ability mat class from 8.30 to 9.30 at the Royal British Legion hall south Darenth and live on Zoom. Lots of laughs, plenty of energy, and a big happy birthday to Dawn and Andrea. Also a special well done to those of you who powered through with a little bit of a hangover. That is commitment 🙌🤩👏🏻

We finished the morning with our Trigger Point Pilates workshop from 10 to 11.30. A beautiful session releasing tightness, restoring alignment, easing knots and niggles, and ending with a deep relaxation. The perfect reset.

Well done to every single one of you who showed up today. We have finished the last day of February strong and it has been such a great month.

March starts tomorrow, so make sure you are booked into your classes. All sessions are live on the booking system for members. Keep an eye out for the newsletter coming in the next couple of days.

✨ A nourishing morning to restore your body, calm your nervous system and leave you feeling supported and empowered. ✨

Lymphatic Flow & Restore is a carefully curated wellbeing experience designed to help you slow down, feel deeply cared for and learn how to support your body from the inside out.

This is not just a class. It’s a restorative morning where everything is taken care of for you.

Your lymphatic system plays a huge role in how you feel day to day. When it isn’t flowing well, you might notice stiffness, swelling, heavy legs, aches and pains, low energy or that general feeling of being a bit out of balance. Supporting it gently can make a powerful difference.

We begin with a gentle lymphatic Pilates flow led by Frances. The movement is designed to encourage lymphatic flow, improve circulation and help your body soften and move with ease. No experience is needed and everybody is welcome.

You’ll then enjoy tea, cake and refreshments while Lucy, a specialist lymphatic massage therapist, delivers an empowering and practical talk. Lucy will explain what the lymphatic system is, why it matters and how good lymphatic function can positively impact your body. She’ll share realistic tips you can use at home, including how to activate your lymphatic system, how lymphatic massage works and how to use a body brush properly.

To complete the experience, you’ll be invited to get cosy back on your mat. Bring your pillows and blankets if you wish. Frances will guide you through a deeply relaxing meditation while Lucy offers gentle hand and forearm massage to support nervous system calm and deep relaxation 💛

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, informed and genuinely looked after and relaxed

If your body feels like it’s holding onto tension or quietly asking for some care, this is for you.

This Saturday I’m running Trigger Point Pilates, a gentle, restorative session designed to release tight muscles, ease niggles and help your body move and feel better.

It’s a favourite for people who usually book massage, sports massage or osteopathy, but want something they can do regularly to support their body and feel good in between.

This class is ideal if you
✨ Feel tight through the neck, shoulders, back or hips
✨ Have ongoing aches or little niggles
✨ Sit a lot or feel physically worn down
✨ Want movement that feels calming and supportive rather than intense

We combine slow, mindful Pilates based movement with trigger point work to help muscles soften and joints move more freely.

The session finishes with a deep relaxation to calm your nervous system and leave you feeling restored in both body and mind.

Stress and anxiety don’t just live in the mind.
They settle into the body too.

The neck that feels tight.
The jaw you didn’t realise you were clenching.

Gentle movement and mindful breathing are powerful tools for release. Taking just a few minutes to tune in, soften tension, and move with intention can shift your whole nervous system.

Valentine’s Day done the best way I know how 💕

This week’s classes have been full of energy, effort and smiles. We’ve been working with the pilates fitness circles and I’m so proud of every single one of you who’s taken part so far this week.

Whether you joined us Thursday, Friday or this morning, you’ve all worked incredibly hard and smashed it.

A little chocolate treat for everyone as a small thank you because I genuinely love teaching this community and I’m so grateful for the commitment you all bring to every session.
