So excited to finally share that the first of my monthly self care Sunday sound bath sessions in Marden (Kent) is now open for booking! West Malling dates will be released soon. 🤎

January is the perfect time to begin a new self-care ritual, and what better way to reset than with a relaxing, nervous-system-soothing sound bath?

This first session in the Self-Care Sunday series on 4th January will be a cosy, calming space to release the energy of 2025, melt away stress, and step into the new year feeling refreshed. You’ll get to experience the gentle vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and the gong to settle into stillness, quiet your mind, and set your intentions for 2026. ✨

Juice combos your body will love you for this winter 🧡

Juicing is an incredible tool for your immune system all year round, but especially at this time of year! Here’s a few combos I loveee and recommend to clients for winter wellness:

Kale 🥬 Cucumber 🥒 Celery Apple 🍏
- Kale is rich in minerals and immune-supportive vitamins
- Cucumber is super hydrating and supports lymphatic flow
- Celery reduces inflammation and supports gut function
- Apples balance the flavour and contain phytonutrients and antioxidants

Grapefruit 🧡 Pineapple 🍍 Carrot 🥕 Orange 🍊
- Full of antioxidants to protect cells and strengthen immunity
- Grapefruit supports natural detoxification pathways especially the liver
- Pineapple contains bromelain which reduces inflammation and eases digestion
- Carrot and orange contain beta-carotene which is amazing for skin and immune health

Apple 🍎 Beetroot 🫜 Carrot 🥕
- Beetroot supports healthy circulation and oxygen delivery and is great for blood health and a bioavailable source of iron

Recent wellness faves: cosy season edition 🧸🍂

🤎 Hotel spas are just the best, but the level of detail at the one is insane. I’d like to move in asap pls x

🤎 Vitamin joy - cheesy moment… it can be easy to get swept up in daily life, work, routines.. but prioritising time for rest and fun is equally (if not more) important IMO

🤎 My newest addition for sound baths, the Mercury gong. It sounds even more incredible than it looks 🥹. Will share more on the science and benefits of this soon!

🤎 Girl time - All the green juice and meditation in the world will never be as good for you (in my opinion) as sunshine, girl time, and watching one of your besties tie the knot 🥺

🤎 .kent saunas - amazing for detox but also SO nice on a cold day. Cold plunge pools too if you’re brave enough 🥶

🤎 Reading - Loveeee this time of year to get stuck into a new book. Recently finished my second book and loved it just as much as the first

🤎 nourish cleanse - This was such a good post holiday hack for a good reset, loved that it has soups which make it much easier to stick to in the colder weather

🤎 Warming breakfasts and herbal teas - Obsessed tbh. Makes a nice change from my usual smoothie bowls and oats are easy, packed full of minerals and you can really boost their nutritional value with tonnes of healthy toppings

🤎 Restorative yoga classes - Honestly my fave kind of yoga, especially this time of year when life can get extra busy, and SO good for the nervous system

🤎 Cosy sound baths - My favourite all year round but even more perfect at this time of year

…Because sometimes we need a reminder (myself included) that rest is okay, and actually productive! Sound Baths used to be one of the only places I could fully switch off which is one of many reasons I love them so much, but since doing lots of subconscious reprogramming and deep nervous system work (shout out ✨) it’s becoming easier and easier for me to switch off, and the benefits are just incredible. All the green juice, wellness routines and supplements in the world won’t scratch the surface in a burnt out body that can’t truly rest. 🤎

Here’s a little round up of what’s in season for this time of year 🎃

Aside from being good for the planet, eating seasonally is amazing for our bodies too, as nature intelligently provides the foods we need most at each time of year (think cleansing greens in the spring, hydrating fruits and salad veg in the summer, and warming, grounding root veg in the autumn and winter months).
