Recent wellness faves: cosy season edition 🧸🍂

🤎 Hotel spas are just the best, but the level of detail at the one is insane. I’d like to move in asap pls x

🤎 Vitamin joy - cheesy moment… it can be easy to get swept up in daily life, work, routines.. but prioritising time for rest and fun is equally (if not more) important IMO

🤎 My newest addition for sound baths, the Mercury gong. It sounds even more incredible than it looks 🥹. Will share more on the science and benefits of this soon!

🤎 Girl time - All the green juice and meditation in the world will never be as good for you (in my opinion) as sunshine, girl time, and watching one of your besties tie the knot 🥺

🤎 .kent saunas - amazing for detox but also SO nice on a cold day. Cold plunge pools too if you’re brave enough 🥶

🤎 Reading - Loveeee this time of year to get stuck into a new book. Recently finished my second book and loved it just as much as the first

🤎 nourish cleanse - This was such a good post holiday hack for a good reset, loved that it has soups which make it much easier to stick to in the colder weather

🤎 Warming breakfasts and herbal teas - Obsessed tbh. Makes a nice change from my usual smoothie bowls and oats are easy, packed full of minerals and you can really boost their nutritional value with tonnes of healthy toppings

🤎 Restorative yoga classes - Honestly my fave kind of yoga, especially this time of year when life can get extra busy, and SO good for the nervous system

🤎 Cosy sound baths - My favourite all year round but even more perfect at this time of year

…Because sometimes we need a reminder (myself included) that rest is okay, and actually productive! Sound Baths used to be one of the only places I could fully switch off which is one of many reasons I love them so much, but since doing lots of subconscious reprogramming and deep nervous system work (shout out ✨) it’s becoming easier and easier for me to switch off, and the benefits are just incredible. All the green juice, wellness routines and supplements in the world won’t scratch the surface in a burnt out body that can’t truly rest. 🤎

Here’s a little round up of what’s in season for this time of year 🎃

Aside from being good for the planet, eating seasonally is amazing for our bodies too, as nature intelligently provides the foods we need most at each time of year (think cleansing greens in the spring, hydrating fruits and salad veg in the summer, and warming, grounding root veg in the autumn and winter months).

Sundays are for self care and slowing down. 🤎

Join Em & Isabella on Sunday 16th November from 3-5.30pm at Therapy and Fitness, West Malling for Flow & Frequency - a luxury pilates and sound bath experience, curated to provide you with a beautiful afternoon of movement, rest and real self-care.

We’ll start with a matcha (how else?!) and introductions, followed by 45 mins of feel-good Pilates led by Isabella to help you move, strengthen and reconnect with your body. 🧘‍♀️

You’ll then get a chance to break, mingle with likeminded people and enjoy some treats from our friends at .healthbar, before settling in for a lovely calming sound bath with Em to soothe your nervous system and bring you into deep rest. ✨

We’ll finish up by integrating the afternoon’s activities with a nourishing herbal tea and a natter before saying goodbye!

A gentle, grounding way to reset before the new week 🫶🏻

Oh wait, it does 🤭 As the evenings get darker and the air gets chillier, autumn is the perfect season to wrap yourself in cosiness and let the soothing vibrations of a sound bath reset your mind and body.

A little update…✨

I’ve been MIA on here recently so thought it was time for a little update and to share more about what’s coming next 🧡

Nutrition has been a huuuge part of my healing journey and focus for a long time and has helped me and those I’ve worked with so much, it still will be a big part of my work and content but I’ve recently been focusing more and more on nervous system regulation - both through my own learning while diving deep into my sound healing training, and through applying it to myself and realising how much it’s needed with our busy, modern lives.

Fuelling ourselves well is so essential and a huge part of healing any health concerns and feeling our best, but you can really only get so far without also addressing stress and suppressed emotions/trauma. Allll the fruit, veg and juicing in the world simply cannot get you to 100% healthy if your nervous system is in a constant state of fight/flight/freeze. So… after a whole load of spinal flow sessions (theee most incredible nervous system focused energy work) sorting my own nervous system with the amazing , lots of somatic sessions and classes, and lots of reading and learning, I’m SO excited to bring it all together both in my content on here and for future events, workshops and retreats, and can’t wait to share more on what’s to come and what I’ve been working on 🫶🏻

For now, there’ll be a little bit more variety on here as I continue sharing my love and learnings around nutrition, but now with a little more other stuff thrown in 🥰 Hope it’s helpful, and if you’re interested in learning more and joining future events or workshops drop me a DM.
