On this beautiful Sunday, may every heart feel lighter, every mind feel clearer, and every spirit feel stronger. Today is a gentle reminder that we are all capable of rising after the storms, rebuilding after the setbacks, and believing again after the doubts. Absolutely… resonates completely for myself, friends, family and also my clients šŸ’Æ ~ yet I personally keep going, and accept that every day will not bring you what you need, want & desire! šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø My ā€œadviceā€/ practice over the years:… Do it scared; Do it ā€˜broke’; Do it when you’re not sure; Do it when your anxious; Do it when your scared etc~ Do it when you’re uncertain if you must, but just DO IT, take some form of action- regardless of how ā€˜big’ or ā€˜small’ it may seem… As this is forward movement, one step at a time, the stepping stone’s towards ā€˜the end goal’. Sometimes there is no such thing as ā€œthe right timeā€~ the time is NOW. The ā€˜right time’ never seems to come… stop telling yourself that if/ when xyz, then xyz~ This can be a way of excusing & blocking yourself from your blessings and forward movement… It can also add to procrastination & not admitting to yourself (or seeing) THE REAL reason for why you won’t, ā€œcan’tā€, ā€˜aren’t ready to’ etc … I’m rooting 4 you allā£ļøšŸ¦‹āœØšŸŖ¬

While a common myth suggests 21 days, research indicates a wide range of 18 to 254 days, with an average of about 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic. Simpler habits may take around 60 repetitions, while more complex ones can take over 90 days.

✨Factors that influence habit formation✨:

✨Complexity of the habit: Habits that require more time, effort, or planning, like going to the gym, take longer to form than simpler actions, such as drinking a glass of water with lunch.

✨Consistency: Repeating the behavior consistently in the same context is key to building the habit, though the frequency required varies.

✨Individual differences: The time it takes to form a habit can also vary between people.

✨Personal motivation: Having a strong desire and focus on the new habit can help accelerate the process.
