"Teaching yoga isn’t just a profession.
It’s a sacred exchange of energy.
You’re not just leading a class…
You’re guiding people home to their breath, to their body, to their truth.
While the world chases success, you teach presence.
While everyone’s trying to get ahead, you teach stillness.
And in doing so, you find yourself again and again.
Teaching yoga transforms you.
It humbles you, cracks you open, teaches you to hold space not just for others, but for yourself.
You learn patience, compassion, silence… things no degree can ever give.
You start realizing this is the kind of work that never feels like work.
You don’t clock in and out. You breathe in and out.
You evolve with every student, every mistake, every Savasana silence.
And when someone looks up after class and says, “I feel lighter,”
you know this path chose you not the other way around.
Because teaching yoga isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being real, grounded, human and still choosing peace.
That’s why this is one of the best professions in the world.
Because it doesn’t just change lives it changes souls, including yours. 🌿" ~ Arvind A.J.
