Tai Chi at Tree for all!
Here at Tree it doesn’t matter how old or young you are. Whether you have any physical or mental disabilities either. We all are one big happy group. The group started in October 2014 and was going to be for a trial 9 weeks! We are still here!! We run every week on a Thursday from10am until 11am unless the hall is being used for other purposes and we do have a couple of weeks off at Christmas! The cost of the class is £2.00 for one hour. I am fully insured and will ask for details of any medical conditions that you may have so that I know which exercises you can or cannot do. If you are in doubt about whether you can do Tai Chi talk to your doctor before starting with us. We do a fairly upright style of Tai Chi called “SUN” which is pronounced “soon” but remember you know your own capabilities and should never do anything that you are not comfortable with! We do seated exercise as well. We welcome wheelchair users and all ages and abilities. Why not come along for yourself to see what we do? No obligation. Hope to see you soon.
