You're not alone! Let's talk about "Food Noise." 🎧

If you've ever felt like a persistent, nagging voice is constantly running through checklists, that feeling is what we call Food Noise.

It’s the intrusive, repetitive thinking about food that leaves you mentally exhausted. We want you to know: this isn't a lack of willpower; it’s a very real response from your brain and body. 🫶

Why does the noise get so loud?
Often, the constant chatter is fuelled by common experiences, not failures:

💙 Restrictive Habits: When we feel deprived (either physically from cutting calories, or mentally from banning certain foods), the brain's focus on food actually intensifies - it's a biological drive to seek nourishment.

💙 Emotional Comfort: If food has ever been a reliable way to manage feelings like boredom, stress, or tiredness, those emotions become triggers for the noise.

💙 Modern Life: We're surrounded by constant food cues, which continually stimulate our reward centres and make it harder to tune into our own true hunger signals.

The most important thing to know is that understanding the 'why' is the first step toward finding relief. You deserve to have mental space free from constant food thoughts.🌱🍽
