CARE/SUPPORT WORK AS A LIFE AUXILIARY - Dartmouth
SALARY: Day rate (between the hours of 8am-midnight) @ £11.83 per hour
Night sleeping rate (9pm-9am) @ £134.84 full shift rate
Holiday entitlement is 5.6 weeks (28 days)

We have two vacancies, with hours ranging from 24-36 per week

Wicks Enterprise is currently a dedicated team of nine individuals who provide round-the-clock care exclusively for me. We work in 12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night, with additional assistance for five hours in the mornings to help me start my day.

ROLE SUMMARY
Life Auxiliaries are integral team members dedicated to empowering, facilitating me to maintain my independence in my own home. Consistently delivering personalised support and care, focusing on my individual needs. Being reliable, delivering care in my home, assisting me in daily routines, always maintaining confidentiality. Duties, personal, social, and enabling care to support me, at home and within the community, to help me achieve my short and long-term goals. This involves working respectfully and cooperatively with me and my team. Driver essential, also having held drivers’ licence for 2 years.
