Holistic Facials are now on my treatment menu.
This wonderfully relaxing treatment is great for toning the face muscles, brightening the skin , improving skin appearance and draining excess fluid from around the eyes, cheeks and chin.

Using luxury products the facial includes cleansing, toning, exfoliating, extracting and moisturising to remove impurities, skin debris . It will leave your skin feeling light and smooth.

With a calming face, head and neck massage, my holistic facials help to bring peace and tranquility by relieving stress and tension from the upper body for a beautiful all round treatment session.

Hopi ear candles is a lovely treatment that I combine with Indian head massage .
Hopis work by gently removing excess wax and impurities from the ear .
They are beneficial in clearing the sinuses, balancing the pressure in the ears and head and improving respiration.
Hopi ear candles can help with sleep, congestion, glue ear, tinnitus, prevent coughs and colds and bring a deep feeling of relaxation and well being.

Crystal healing is a special energy healing therapy.

The well-being of our pet family friends and fur babies is very important. Animals benefit greatly from holistic therapies , pet reiki being one that I offer.

Reiki for animals is an effective treatment to help them cope with stress, anxiety, illness, injury or change.
Reiki aims to provide emotional, physical and mental healing by acting where the body requires it. Pets have chakras aswell, which are bought back in to balance with reiki.

Animals and pets who suffer from separation anxiety, fireworks, thunderstorms, car journeys, new babies or new pets, moving house, inpatient veterinary care, intensive veterinary treatment, or injury will find reiki most helpful.

Reiki also assists in recovery from surgery, medical conditions and side effects of medications.

Animals find the reiki session incredibly relaxing and many enjoy it. Get in touch if your furry best friend would like some reiki!
