The sessions are for mindfulness and wellbeing, a time to embrace your creative side and develop your own artistic flow. Art can offer a time for stillness and grounding, bringing you back to yourself.

Art for mindfulness and well-being are workshops that are beneficial for helping with burnout, stress, anxiety, trauma and relaxing negative or heavy emotions without the need to talk. Working through difficult feelings with art can help to process and understand these to promote healing.

The sessions are also an opportunity to simply get creative, learn new techniques and use a range of mediums such as paint, collage, photography, drawing or printing.

This type of massage is a slightly lighter pressure with various hand motions to target the lymph nodes and vessels.

MLD massage is beneficial for weight loss, lymphoedema, migraines, rheumatism, improved skin appearance, wellbeing, insomnia and fatigue.
