Ironman, marathons, long training weeks and plenty of travels along the way!

But more than anything 2025 has been a perfect reminder to me just how important a holistic approach to your wellbeing really is. 💡
Not just smashing out the workouts 🏋🏼♀️;
but looking after your body, your head and everything in between.
