Beloved Sister and Brother Soul Warriors

As the Earth leans into her deepest exhale and the Sun pauses at the edge of rebirth, I send to you all , blessings wrapped in winter light. May this solstice meet you exactly where you are—strong, tender, luminous, and wildly alive beneath the stillness.

You have walked your path with the courage of one who remembers, one who knows and one who is. Even in the long nights, you carry fire in your bones and wisdom in your breath. This season asks not for more doing, but for inner resting. Lay down the armour for a moment; your strength is not diminished by softness. In the dark, the roots grow deeper.

May the returning light find all the places you once thought were broken and reveal them as initiations. May the silence speak kindly to you. May your intuition sharpen like frost in moonlight, clear and undeniable. And may every release you offer now become fertile ground for miracles you do not yet need to imagine.

What’s new? Lots new 🙏🏼😃

The boutique above Number 1 Coffee Shop Community Hub CIC is slowly coming together for all your wellbeing and uplifting needs.

Not quite open yet but you’re more than welcome to come and have a look or chat Monday- Saturdays, 9:30pm till 4:00pm (sometimes we close later) or by appointment.

We are pleased to share even more therapy methodologies with Gail now qualified 4th degree Angelic Reiki Master, fully insured alongside her Quantum Regression Integration Therapy (Q-rit) offering. Our dedicated therapy space should be fully completed by 12 December 2025 so keep an eye out for opening offers 😃.
