I have the best drivers!

I asked them to wear something festive and they didn’t disappoint. The family even gave them a cheer once I pointed them out.

Today I am conducting a Christmas themed funeral!

Anyone who knows me knows I absolutely love Christmas but I always try and keep it low key out of respect for the families I help during the festive period. So when I was asked to wear a Christmas jumper I jumped at the chance!

Of course I have red and green ribbon in my hair too.

I will hopefully post some pictures of myself and the drivers later 🌲 🎅🏼

Stephen John Fisher sadly passed away on 27th November 2025.

Stephen’s funeral will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Monday 22nd December at 11.15am. June, Stephen’s wife, has asked for people to wear something red where possible to reflect his love of Liverpool FC.

Following the funeral there will be a wake at The Anchor Pub in Darwen.

❗️Advanced warning of early closure times for next week❗️

Unfortunately I am going to have to close the office early throughout this coming week as two of my children are performing in their gymnastics Christmas display from Wednesday onwards (dress rehearsal and extra sessions Monday and Tuesday) and they need to be there earlier than their usual training start time. They train in Newton Le Willows so we have to be organised with food and travel. They also perform on Saturday so I am unable to be in work at all on this day.

I appreciate this isn’t ideal but I will have my phone with me at all times and will still be able to answer work calls.

George Haworth passed away on 22nd November 2025.

George’s funeral will be held at St Barnabas Church on 15th December at 12pm followed by a private burial to be attended by family and close friends.

George’s family would like to invite you all to celebrate his life after the burial at Hoddlesden Con Club.

Donations in memory of George will be gratefully appreciated in favour of English Barn Cats as we all know George loved all animals.
