📅 Drop in at Blackburn Library (1–3 pm) to share your ideas and help shape the town’s cultural story.

Creative and community organisations, including National Festival of Making, Super Slow Way, British Textile Biennial and Blackburn Museum , are leading the bid, supported by a wide range of local partners and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.

Whether you represent heritage, culture, education, or a community group, your voice matters.
