Another day out and about in Woodford Halse in readiness for relaunching the Woodford group on Wednesday.

Loved my slimmers's breakfast at the Woodford Halse Community Café this morning. Freshly cooked and very tasty. Thank you!

"What?" I hear you say. "You can have a cooked breakfast, eat all that, and still lose weight?"

The answer is YES, you can!

Out and about in Woodford Halse today promoting my Slimming World group. The official relaunch is on Wednesday!

Enjoying a break in the Woodford Halse Community Café with a slimming friendly omelette and beans at the moment.

Delicious and perfectly cooked omelette. It certainly filled me up and I'm ready to carry on promoting!

Thanks so much to the Community Café for making us feel so welcome and for helping us to spread the word about our fabulous Slimming World group right next door in Dryden Hall.

Thanks also for a superb, filling and slimming friendly lunch. Can't wait to try the slimming breakfast on Sunday 14th September!
