We offer 3 spacious treatment rooms, a large studio that can host around 20 for a standing class or 15 lying down* and access to refreshments and wifi for therapists. Pregnancy & Mummy and Baby Fitness Classes are now booking. No matter what stage you're at in your pregnancy or postpartum journey these classes are suitable for all. No mum guilt, because baby comes with you! 👏🏼

Sessions are run by a fully qualified pre and post natal trainer and supported by a great community of mums who enjoy fitness. Limited spaces available for October classes.
