If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, our Crisis Cafés are here for you.

These free, friendly drop-in spaces offer a safe environment where you can just turn up, have a tea or a coffee and chat to a Northamptonshire Mind support worker about your worries.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or your mental health concerns feel more worrying than usual, we are here for you.

They’ll listen, provide tools to help you cope, and guide you to further NHS support if needed.

No appointment is needed – just drop in to one of our Northamptonshire cafés.

Open to anyone aged 18 or over who needs mental health support.

🩺 Do you have teens who attend ?

❤️‍🩹 Teen Clinic Daventry is holding a special drop-in session at The Parker Academy on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 to provide free, confidential health advice to students.

❤️‍🩹 Ages 11 - 18 years can speak to a health professional or counsellor about any physical or mental health concerns, with no appointment needed – just drop in after school between 3pm and 5pm.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a lifelong condition that affects the brain and spinal cord.

There are lots of possible symptoms of MS. Everyone with this condition is affected differently.

Would you like to have your say about how schools support children with medical conditions, including bladder and bowel issues?

The Department for Education are consulting on proposed updates to the statutory guidance ' Supporting pupils with medical conditions at school'. They want to hear from individuals and organisations about how children with a range of medical conditions can be better supported in school.

Your feedback can help to finalise the revised guidance and improve safety, consistency and inclusion for children with medical needs.
