Regional Sales Representative (Midlands & North )

The role
This is a field-based sales role covering the Midlands and the North of England, focused on managing and developing strong customer relationships, supporting/ leading assessments, and growing territory performance.
Key responsibilities
*Promote and sell Baffin’s product range across your territory
*Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in similar products/sector (medical, disability, rehab, mobility, orthopaedic or comparable). Physiotherapy experience would be an advantage.
*Manage, develop and grow existing accounts, while identifying new opportunities
*Build long-term relationships and create strong communication between customers and the business
*Arrange and support product demonstrations and assessments
*Represent Baffin at exhibitions and industry events (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
*Manage your pipeline, follow-ups and order process
*Work Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility may be required)

*Full UK driving licence
*Experience in medical devices/disability equipment
*Experience working with a variety of physical, muscular and neurological disabilities would be beneficial.
