I was going to write a post about Rachel’s review but instead I’ll share Rachel’s own words 🤗

Well had my 10 visit review 15.5 kg gone (nearly 2 1/2 stone) visceral fat down by 4.5 units (bad fat round your organs).

Omg I have managed to lose weight, feel much healthier, am fitter. Never thought i could do it but i am, it works and I still eat my normal food.
