Thank you for booking a sauna session with us 🙏🏽

It's so simple to use. There will always be someone here, but they may be with other clients, so to allow for independent use, this is an easy 'how to do'.

If its your first time, or you arent used to high heat, keep the temp around the 40s and work your way up. You can always change the temp when you're in there.

Important:
Always sit on a towel
Don't take electricals in the sauna, inc phone
If you feel dizzy or unwell, please come straight out

When booking your 1st sauna, you will be sent a quick health form, and then you're good to go!!

Bring a friend, bring 2, or enjoy some peaceful alone time. Put a podcast or audio book on, meditation or music and just relax.

There will be some offers placed on shared sauna time otherwise bookings are private sessions.
