Hello,
I have been having great fun sharing my knowledge of making vibrational essences online. On Saturday September 28th will be hosting an in person workshop at Wendy Watson’s sage Room in Sandwich.
In the workshop you will learn what vibrational essences are and how to make them for you and your loved ones.
Since discovering Veda Austin’s ground breaking work with water over a year ago I have come to believe that not only do essences resonate with and act upon our energy field to bring about changes in our emotional and mental states, but that they also work on a cellular level with the water molecules in our bodies. It’s fascinating.
I feel that we are just at the cutting edge of discovering how Vibrational Medicine can affect our health and well-being and will come more and more into common usage as we discover more about energy…exciting times!

Last week I made an environmental essence on the beach.
I chose my favourite breezy days spot in the shelter of a Holm Oak where it is calm and warm. I love to sit here and meditate, write, draw, read, picnic and relax. It brings me peace and immense joy to watch the clouds float by and the grasses sway in the breeze. I always feel uplifted when I return home from that gorgeous spot.
In short it’s a little piece of heaven.
I have been taking the essence and noting my reactions.
I knew that capturing the energy of this much loved place would uplift and inspire me on days when my spirits dip and I feel gloomy. What I hadn’t expected was that it has given me more physical energy and an urge to be creative.
Essences are powerful medicine.

Hello, I have had lots of enquirieslately about distance Reflexology treatments as the concept is rather new for many people.

Most are familier with the idea of sending/receiving distance Reiki, but the idea of what has always been regarded as a physical/hands on treatment takes some getting used to. During the first UK lockdown I was part of a large group of Reflexologists worldwide who experimented with this way of working and were astonished by our results.

What to expect from a distance session:

Your appointment will last approximately an hour. It will begin with a video call from me for a chat about what is going on for you that you would like some support with. Then its time to make yourself comfortable while I send you a distance treatment. Lots of people like to lie down, but some prefer to get comfy in an armchair. I will message you when the treatment is finished. If you have fallen asleep or feel too dozy to talk that’s fine, just message me when you have rested and I call you to give my feedback.
