This week personal zone training is conducting a variety of acredited courses in Norfolk for a local parish council. Emergency First Aid at Work. Health and safety level 1. Fire awareness level 1. AED Automatic external defibrillator and the HSE recommended Annual First Aid refresher which will include the 2015 recommendations from the Resuscitation Council

By far the busiest year.
We have conducted course ranging from First Aid Annual Refresher to the full 3 day First Aid at Work courses. AED. Health and Safety and Manual handling courses. Train the Trainer. Management training. Conflict Management and Physical intervention. Advance personal safety courses including edge weapon training and handcuffing. Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation.
Safe Guarding Vulnerable Adults . Finally beating British Transport Police to deliver Police Law and Procedure courses. The other wing to the business income protection and quality services has been active and successful. 2016 bookings up to November.

Over the next few weeks personal zone training will be delivering advanced conflict management and dealing with aggression course in several location in England. This will take the student from not only understanding what causes conflicts and how we can control our response to it without loosing our own self control. But also tools to protect ourselves and love ones from an unlawful attack.

Been a very busy and successful year so far.
Not only training in the mainland England but also Ireland and Holland. From physical intervention and personal safety to health and safety courses. Management and train the trainer, police law and procedure training. Our income protection and quality assurance branch has had a good year resulting in a positive detection. Case still pending so no other comments at this moment. But well done to Team B.
In five years we have almost quadruple our revenue. Well done to all.

A national company that I freelance for, phoned today to say that I have delivered 189 courses for them in the past few years. Ranging from health and safety, first aid, manual handling, lone workers awareness and personal protection.
