Are you feeling Stressed, Anxious, Tense or Overwhelmed?

This could be due to a dysregulated nervous system and a build-up of stored tension that has become stuck in your muscles and fascia (connective tissue).

How about trying TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises)?

TRE is a series of simple exercises that connects you to your natural shaking reflex also known as your neurogenic tremor mechanism. We all have one, it’s our very own built in stress releaser. Our bodies can heal themselves if given the opportunity and a safe environment to do so.

When you get this shaking/tremoring going it helps to:

• Release and relax held tension and contraction in your muscles and fascia.
• Burn off any excess stress hormones like adrenalin and cortisol.
• Gives your body an opportunity to process and release any stuck emotions.
• Reboots your nervous system back to a state of rest and restore.

TRE helps with Sleep Issues, Digestive Problems, PTSD and more....

TRE is a practice that needs to be experienced to gain a full understanding of it, so come along and give it a try.

What is TRE?
TRE stands for Tension and Trauma Release Exercises. It’s a series of simple exercises, designed by Dr David Bercelli and doing these exercises connects us to a natural shaking reflex, that we have in our spine and lower primitive part of the brain, and when we get this shaking going it helps regulate our nervous system, as well as releasing muscular tension that has built up in our bodies.

It's basically our very own built in stress releaser that we all have access to its encoded in our DNA, our bodies are designed to heal themselves.

Our tremor mechanism is literally the antidote to held stress in the body, because when we’re stressed or experience trauma we instinctively contract and tighten our muscles to prepare ourselves and sometimes this contraction and tightness can get stuck in our bodies.

So when we get our bodies shaking and tremoring again it burns off any excess adrenaline and cortisol, loosens up any contraction and reboots the nervous system back to rest and restore mode, and the more we do it the more opportunity our bodies have to release any stress patterns, and over time you will start to notice your body softening.
