Don’t you just love it when a recipe turns out just like the picture? 😄
We’ve all been admiring the Japanese soufflé pancakes in the new magazine, so I thought I’d give them a go. I followed the recipe as written, but not a fan of maple syrup so swapped for Sweet Freedom caramel.
They came out light, fluffy, and a lovely change from the usual—definitely worth a try! 😋
Yes it created more washing up than usual … very glad for the dishwasher! 😆
