📣 The 2026 ‘Have Your Say’ survey for the social care workforce is now open!

This annual survey gives social care workers the opportunity to share their experiences of working in the sector.

As in previous years, the survey asks questions about:
🔸 Health and well‑being
🔸 Pay and working conditions
🔸 Experiences of working in social care
➕ And more
We would encourage as many people as possible, across all types of social care roles, to take part.

🗓️ The survey closes on 4 March.

Our service is designed for anyone who is physically unable to move the wheelie bin to the kerbside for us to collect. We can arrange for an assisted collection on a temporary basis, or on a long-term basis depending on your circumstances.

With their induction & training days scheduled 🗓️and their uniforms 🥼 ready to go, our new recruits are eager to get started.

Eleanor started her first shadow shift yesterday meeting our clients on her new regular round. Whilst, Joanne has been linking up with our team leader today as she begins her new rewarding career in care.

❄️ Winter Roads Ahead? Stay Safe! ❄️

Driving on icy or snowy surfaces requires extra caution. Here are some quick tips to keep you and others safe:

✅ Increase your following distance to 8-10 seconds on slippery roads.
✅ Watch how other vehicles react on hills and keep a safe gap.
✅ Steer and brake smoothly - avoid sudden, jerky movements.
✅ Stick to the ploughed lane and only change lanes if necessary.
✅ Skip cruise control on icy surfaces - it’s not your friend in winter!
✅ Be alert in shaded areas, bridges, and intersections - they freeze first!

⭐️ 2025 has been another busy & successful year for our team.

⭐️ We carried out 39,000 care visits equalling 17,750 hours of care.

⭐️ We cared for 55 different people & started 33 new care packages.

⭐️ We won numerous industry Awards

⭐️ We raised £1050 for charity.

⭐️ We are excited to see what 2026 brings for us and wish everyone a very happy 2026
