Our Women’s Wellbeing Group is evolving! We’re joining together with the Camelford Menopause Group, and from January all sessions will take place at Camelford Library & Bookstart Bear

🗓 First session of TODAY 2026:
Wednesday 28th January at 6:30pm

We’ll continue to meet on the last Wednesday of every month, offering a supportive, relaxed space for connection, wellbeing, and shared experiences.

This group is completely free and open to all women.
Hosted by a local Wellbeing Practitioner offering Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Meditation, EFT, NLP Life Coaching, Mindfulness & more.

Vision boards aren’t about wishful thinking.
They’re about how the brain works.

Our brains are highly visual.
When we repeatedly see images, words or symbols, the brain begins to treat them as relevant and important.

This is linked to the reticular activating system (RAS) — the part of the brain that filters information and directs our attention.

When you create a vision board and engage with it regularly, you’re:
• training your focus
• reinforcing intention
• strengthening motivation
• supporting new neural pathways

It’s not the board itself that creates change —
it’s the consistent attention, emotion and action that follow.

When vision boards are paired with:
✔️ clear intentions
✔️ realistic goals
✔️ wellbeing tools (such as mindfulness, EFT or visualisation)

they become a powerful mindset support — grounded in neuroscience, not magic.

The question isn’t “Does it work?”
It’s “How intentionally are you using it?”
