Happy Sunday Everyone, so rather than our usual advent calendar posts, I thought we should mix it up this year and do a 12 Days of Christmas Wellbeing Countdown.

A huge thank you to Choc-a-licious treats & sweets for once again doing an amazing job.I highly recommend checking them out.

The sweet cones are for me to give out with a thank you card to some local shops for all there fabulous work this year. I cant wait to see their reactions.

Lets all spread a bit of kindness this Christmas and thank a small local business for all they do.
