All pain is biopsychosocial meaning
There is an element of
Of biological - tissue, damage, stiffness, injury etc
Psychological - life events, trauma etc
Social- what your doing on a day to day basis, lifting, sitting, being reclusive, sedentary, active.
Obviously there are more elements to each of the above. All 3 elements need to be addressed
Understanding how all this impacts your body can be the key to unlock your pain.
Everyone is different and all pain is different and personal to yiu and your experiences.
