Meet the newest member of our little team at HERA physiotherapy!
Gillian is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist and an APPI-trained Pilates instructor!
Being a proud mum of two little ones Gillian
understands how different your body can feel during pregnancy and after birth, and how easy it is to lose confidence in yourself along the way.
‘Through my own journey, I saw just how important safe, specialist support is. That’s why I am now so passionate about creating a space where women feel safe, supported and empowered to move well, recover confidently, and build strength for motherhood and beyond.’
Gillian will be soon offering specialist pregnancy & postnatal small group Pilates sessions from the clinic in Denny!
