If left unresolved, a tiny 🤏 miss alignment can result major body discomfort 🤕.

This client, thankfully had minor R.O.M. in his left shoulder. After finding the 📍 point of discomfort, we attacked the area and surrounding tissues.

As you can see, client finished with symmetrical R.O.M. 𝗕𝗢𝗦𝗛 💯💥

Every day life has become a strain in our day to day activities. Whether it's work, hobbies or excessive screen time.

Our posture over the years is very forward and round. We need to make sure we add recovery and mobility to our routine to allow better posture.

When compensating it's meaning that overused muscles are being used.

You can stretch ❌ won't work long term.

𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝟏) showing rounded shoulders, round upper thoracic back & hands placed in front of thighs.

𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝟐) less tensed shoulders, still showing some rounders of shoulders & hands still slightly anteriorly placed.

𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝟑) showing much better relaxed shoulders, flat thoracic back & hands placed laterally alongside hips.

Massaging isn't always the 🗝️ to a better recovery. Stretching should be a routine like brushing your teeth, it has to been part of your weekly routine. This will aid your recovery and prevent further injuries to less frequent.

The knee can be a very complex joint. There are multiple connective tissues that support the knee.

If you're someone who does heavy leg weight workouts 2-3 times a day. Make sure you're throwing in stability sessions to allow the smaller tissues to get stronger as well.
