The Results: 94% of our patients said they would recommend our services to their friends and family!

Key Highlights: 78% of you rated your experience as "Very Good."

A huge thank you to our hardworking team—from our receptionists and prescription desk to our doctors and nurses—for their dedication, and to you, our patients, for your continued support and feedback.

We are currently reviewing all comments (including the small number of "Poor" ratings) to see how we can make our service even better in 2026.

Staff at Millgate collected for the local Food Bank to help those in need in the community of Denton and surrounding areas. The collection point is St Marys at Haughton Green. They told us that January is their more difficult month so perhaps if anyone is able to donate consider doing so in January too.

Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) occurs when bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites no longer respond to antimicrobial agents. As a result of drug resistance, antibiotics and other antimicrobial agents become ineffective and infections become difficult or impossible to treat, increasing the risk of disease spread, severe illness and death.

The World AMR Awareness Week (WAAW) is a global campaign to raise awareness and increase understanding of AMR and to promote global action to tackle the emergence and spread of drug-resistant pathogens.

The practice recently held two fundraising events and raised £101.45 for Macmillan Cancer Support with a coffee morning - thank you to our patient group for volunteering. We also raised £25 for Breast Cancer Now and staff wore pink to raise awareness. Thank you to our colleague Pauline for the fantastic Breast Cancer display.
