💚I used to get really fed up of it and tried all sorts of planners and ways to create the perfect list but they never quite fit the bill ....So I created my own✨🪄

đź’šIf I eat late at night, work too late, or stay up binging a series, I notice it straight away: poor sleep and low energy the next day.

🧡That’s why I’ve built some non-negotiables into my routine.

đź’šWhen I stick to these habits, I sleep better and wake up ready to go again.

WELCOME TO THE HUB

The Lime Tree Wellness Hub was set up in 2018

It was originally a personal blog just in a different page and a way of communicating with the outside world after finishing a career in mental health nursing. The aim of the page was pretty much to write a blog about life and how everyday stuff impacts on our body and mind.. it was about people, things, food and healthy living. I also set up a coffee group with some like minded people wanting to chat about everyday things and our food choices. This also included a coffee morning and health walking.

I’m taking an exciting step in my direction of travel and hopefully of yours. This page and my website (to be launched in July 2020).

These page and the website are going to filled with content which will hopefully make our lives fuller, give us insights and hope. They educate and inform us and It would be great if they could give us a feeling that we can do anything. I hope they will be a good read, beautiful to look at, they will be food for thought and above everything you will want to share them and keep coming back.
