💪 **Tuesday – Circuits Session (Langley Mill, 7:15pm)**
A fun, supportive fitness session suitable for all abilities. Great for building strength, boosting energy, and improving overall wellbeing. 16+
🚶♀️💬 **Wednesday – Walk & Talk + Couch to OK (Shipley Park, 9:30am)**
A relaxed, social walk with the option to build up your fitness. Perfect for clearing your mind, meeting others, and getting moving at your own pace. Walk and Talk is a walk pace. Couch to OK pace will be based on attendees on the day- All ages
💪 **Thursday – Circuits Session (Langley Mill, 9:30am)**
Start your day with movement! A welcoming session focused on improving fitness in a supportive group setting. 16+
☕👧 **Thursday – Girls Tea Time Club (Langley Mill, 4:15pm)**
A safe and friendly space for girls to connect, chat, and take part in fun activities. 7-16 year olds
🎯 **Thursday – Active Carers Laser Quest (7:00pm)**
A chance for carers to unwind, have fun, and connect with others who understand—because taking time for yourself matters too. 18+
☕💬 **Friday – Tea Time Club (4:30pm)**
A relaxed social group to build confidence, friendships, and enjoy activities together. 7-16 year olds
🎶✨ **Friday – Sober Rave (Langley Mill, 7:00pm)**
Feel-good music, great vibes, and a safe, inclusive space to dance, connect, and boost your mood—no alcohol needed! 18+
