Your pelvic floor might not be something you think about often… but it plays a huge role in everyday life.

We’re excited to be running a Pelvic Floor Workshop with Karen Ellis – open to all 💬

This relaxed, supportive session is designed to help you better understand:

• What the pelvic floor actually is
• Why it matters for bladder, bowel, posture, and core stability
• Common issues (that are far more normal than people realise)
• Simple, practical strategies you can use in daily life

No awkwardness, no judgement — just clear, helpful information in a friendly environment.

This workshop is for everyone, not just new mums or women. Pelvic floor health matters across all ages and learning about it can make a real difference to comfort, confidence, and wellbeing.

If you’ve ever experienced leaks, discomfort, heaviness, or just want to be proactive about your body, you’re very welcome here.

Come along, learn something useful, and leave feeling more informed and empowered 🌿

Sensory Ladders and Sensory Spiders are simple, visual tools designed to help you better understand how you’re feeling and what your body needs.

A Sensory Ladder helps you spot your current state of regulation — whether you’re feeling overstimulated, understimulated, or nicely balanced. It’s a gentle way to build awareness of those “too much” or “too little” moments we all experience.

Sensory Spiders then help you explore what supports you best. They make it easy to identify the things that can:

Calm and soothe when life feels overwhelming or overstimulating

Alert and energise when you’re feeling low, flat, or sluggish

These tools are especially helpful for anyone who often feels overwhelmed, overstimulated, or stuck in that low-energy, “flat” feeling — but they’re truly useful for people of all ages. Whether for children, teens, or adults, they offer a clear, friendly way to build self-understanding and find strategies that genuinely help.
