Appointments for flu jabs started 1st October 2025.

All eligible patients have been invited by the end of September via text message with a booking link. If you don’t receive texts, we have sent you a letter.

If you believe you're eligible but haven’t heard from us by the end of September, please contact the surgery.

We’ll also arrange visits for housebound patients and those in residential care.

We’ve heard concerns that our new appointment system means you can only contact us online – that’s not true.

We encourage online contact where possible as it’s quick and convenient, but our receptionists and call handlers are still here for you.

If you’re not confident with technology or prefer speaking to someone, you can still call us or visit reception at any of our four sites.

No matter how you get in touch – online, by phone or in person – every medical request goes through the same form and is triaged by a clinician to ensure you get the right care.
