I have been practicing EFT for a while and decided I would go for Accreditation, as I have found this to be excellent and very successful with clients who have suffered trauma. I integrate this into my practice where I feel it helpful for clients.
What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often referred to as tapping, is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that combines elements of psychology with gentle tapping on specific acupressure points. EFT supports emotional regulation by helping to reduce distress linked to stress, trauma, anxiety, low mood, and limiting beliefs.
By focusing on both the mind and body, EFT can help calm the nervous system, process difficult emotions, and create lasting emotional relief.
