Join us for our regular Gong & Sound Bath sessions — a deeply immersive experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset on every level.

Using powerful gongs, crystal singing bowls, and therapeutic sound, these sessions support deep relaxation, stress relief, improved sleep, and emotional balance. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the sound to guide you into a state of rest and restoration.

Men’s Circle with Ash & Alex

This men’s circle is a calm, supportive space to step out of the busyness of life and reconnect, with yourself and with other men.

Rooted in brotherhood, presence, and honest connection, the circle offers space to slow down, reflect, and share if you wish. There’s no fixing, no judgement, and no pressure to speak, just a respectful environment where listening is as valuable as talking.

The session includes gentle grounding, guided discussion, and a short meditation to support stillness and emotional balance.

For those who would like to stay and go deeper, there is also an optional deep-rest sound bath afterwards, offering a chance to fully unwind and integrate through sound.

No prior experience is needed — just come as you are.
